A routine at long last???

I seem finally and at long last to be getting into some kind of routine - a big veggie blow out (a curry or a broth of some kind - shiitake mushrooms and curly kale today) for one main meal and a mega alkalising salad for the other. Breakfast is still a bit of a moveable feast but I think fruit is beginning to win the day there - melon and sango sprouts today.

Did you know that you should eat some fruits with other food? Melon for example : eat 20 minutes before anything else otherwise it festers if held up by other food which takes longer to digest...

I rang the changes with the salad today by adding beetroot and organic falafel (chickpeas) plus a different processed 'salad' (tabbouleh today, lentils and rice yesterday). I decided to add a little organic Holy Cow very lightly whipped cream cheese to some pepperdew peppers - ooh, dairy, very daring; a very small slice of stonebaked bread and a new brand of olives - Bevelini with garlic, herbs and chilli. And I added a swirl of fig balsamic vinegar to the 'good oils'.

I'm also doing a 'parasite' cleanse - it's making me feel very 'cloggy'.
