Salads with substance

Still enjoying a huge plateful of antipasti but I wish I could find somewhere to purchase olives without preservatives. Discovered a new taste today : whole kalamati olives in a sweet and sour wine mixture - delicious and no preservatives but they are whole.

Artichokes, sun dried tomatoes, red and orange peppers, cucumber, a few cherry tomatoes, a bed of baby leaf salad, a little tinned sweetcorn and a final splash of 'good oil'. I really don't need the meat, fish or cheese to go with it although I nearly always do have a little bit.

Ordered lots of lemons and limes - enjoying creating a real fruity warm drink after meals and it is highly alkaline.
